My fav place to be !!
Great Workout, Great Instructors! Instructors are very organized and have a workout routine printed out and posted for each day and vary it every day! They will push you and encourage you and make it a fun workout. Great that it is indoors on a matted floor, and they mix in some games to make it even more challenging. I have felt my cardio improve, dropped some weight, and more toned since I have joined. They also give great ideas for changing the diet to help the weight drop faster!
