Call on Friday 5/15, told I be called back. No one called me back ,I ended up calling them back on 5 /19. Set me up with appointment for 5/ 20 - for 1o'clock . 2 hour later I called them cause no one showed up at 1 and I was told she was running late. Really did seem like they wanted my business , since I had to keep calling them. Customer curiosity to call back and if you know your driver going to be 2 hour late, call the customer and let them know.
Very friendly and professional and will always make room to fit you in the schedule
We called today to have our septic pumped. They were able to come out the same day. The technician was friendly, informative and very easy to work with. Definitely a great company to work with!
