I’m so grateful to have found Jim and the building. The freedom he gives us really allows us to craft our own spaces’ personalities, and is something I appreciate so much as a photographer. He’s friendly, fair, and encouraging, and you can tell he cares about the people he’s bringing into the buildings!

We are so grateful to have found this location for our massage practice. The location is great with plenty of parking, rent is affordable, and lease terms are transparent and fair. Any maintenance issue or request we’ve made has been handled promptly and Jim, the property manager, is friendly and responsive and seems like he goes out of his way to make sure tenants are taken care of.
