Moving my business to the Midtown Office Center is the best decision I could have made! As property manager, Jim is by far the best & most attentive I have worked with in 20 years of rental commercial real estate in Boise! We are so grateful to have found this location for our massage practice. The location is great with plenty of parking, rent is affordable, and lease terms are transparent and fair. Any maintenance issue or request we’ve made has been handled promptly and Jim, the property manager, is friendly and responsive and seems like he goes out of his way to make sure tenants are taken care of.
