I was having a problem with stiffness in my lower back. I scheduled an evaluation with Anthony at the Parma office. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Anthony was very thorough with the evaluation and I didn't feel at all rushed. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He did a few stretching exercises with me and then we discussed his findings. The All Round Strongsville team are incredible. Anthony and his Angels (as I call Shannon & Julia) take the time to ensure that I was properly informed about my treatment plan. Shannon at each appointment clearly explains what the therapy session will included and what the goals are. Julia transitioned smoothly to cover for Shannon in providing excellent skilled service. The team at this place is great except for the mean person that’s hardly ever there and who doesn’t return calls and yells at customers for NO reason. Her name, Maria in the billing department. I’ll never go there again only because of her.
