We just had all of the doors and door frames replaced in our home. These were steel frames that were built under the floor board ( the house is old, no one would have known this). Each had to be sawed at the bottom to be removed. With any renovation, there are unforseen issues that arise. In this case, the house had various strange "bumps" that came up.
