Took three visits to get it fixed during the hottest days we've had this year. Texts were not answered. When they claimed to fix it and it was down in less than an hour I called and was put at the back of their schedule to have them back out and work on it. The last tk.e they were out they turned the wrong breaker off and shut down my work computer and server. It was like they had no clue how to treat a customer from top to bottom. Took over a week to get it fixed I will never use them again.
All around great company and service. Arrived on time, polite and professional and a pleasant attitude. Went straight to work on my mini split. Diagnosed it was out of freon. Was able to fill it on the spot with supplies on his truck. AC went to working again before he left. Highly recommend this company. Can't beat them. AAA++
This crew does exactly what they say they’re going to do and get after it! They did an excellent job! Very thankful for them during the hottest part of the year! Highly recommended this team! Thank you
