If I could do a negative stars I would!!!!! Absolutely terrible experience. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The communication was dishonest from the beginning, and I constantly felt like I was being misled about what was supposedly wrong with my vehicle. I was quoted extremely high prices for parts and repairs, but when I asked questions about the parts, the information kept changing and nothing was clearly explained. Customer service is always great…the owner is very patient…service is quick…prices are fair
I'm so amazed at how quick a grown man can lie in a matter of minutes. Not only did my car get partly done by their associate and paid, I had to tow it to another damn mechanic, all around auto, to fix what Wayne already messed up and forgot to put on, etc.We were told parts were ordered Monday coming in that Wednesday or Thursday after the car was brought in the week before on Thursday. Suddenly the day comes for parts to be in Anthony states we didn't order the parts until yesterday, Wednesday. So yet again another lie. At... read more
