I'm leaving this review as a relative who has been closely involved in this situation and has personally had to help cover costs because of it. All Around Auto was the warranty provider involved, and this entire ordeal stems from their failure to supply the correct part. The transmission that was sent was not the correct one for the vehicle, it turned out to be a minivan transmission. RUNAROUND AUTO 1 Star – Absolutely unacceptable and exploitative This has been one of the worst auto repair experiences my family has ever had. All Around Auto in Socorro sent my dad the WRONG transmission, and instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they left us dealing with the consequences. Wilton & Joe were so helpful, excellent mechanics, & treated us so well!!! We had truck problems while traveling! They got us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend this shop!!!
