Don't hire them. Frank will breach the contract and keep your money Frank Sarpino, the owner of the company, gave an estimate that seem very fair and good price. He was very nice and cordial for the first couple time. He was supposed to the roof and the kitchen. He took three months to finish the roof and kept pushing the kitchen day around.
