They are part of a 5 year Warranty Plan, and we will have to go with another company. It seems they are not a real company. The manufacturer is going with another service provider.

I can't give a zero, which is what I would give, if possible. I have called and left 3 voicemails since last week. This morning, they picked up, saw my number and hung up on me. I called back again and they sent me to voicemail. I called from another number and he picked up right away. Coincidence? I think not. I was given some half-ass excuse as to why my four calls went unanswered and finally got put on the schedule to have my appliance fixed. We shall see if the physical service is as poor as the customer service.

Called for service through a home coverage plan. Tech showed up to get check and said he couldn't fix anything and would report back to home warranty company for further handling. As of 2 weeks ago nothing done but that check was deposited the same day as he picked it up. Horrible company. Use someone else and save the problem.
