I had a bad experience with this company, but in the end it turned out good.I bought a dryer, 2 days after I had it, it would not heat. Called them, took it in 3 times. Ok 4th time I called, yes totally frustrated!!! They said we will send a tech to your house, a tech, his name was louie showed up. Guess what he had it fixed in 10 minutes.
