Nabil is truly a one-man operation, and he does exceptional work! When our AC suddenly stopped working, we were in a bind, especially with the heat. Nabil responded quickly, coming out the very next day to assess the situation. He not only diagnosed the problem immediately but had it fixed in no time. Called to get a year old LG dishwasher checked out. The owner always has an attitude. I was told a part needed to be ordered. They supposedly replaced the part although my tenant states they never saw a part get removed or replaced. The same issue is still happening. This company is a scam and I will continue to place negative posts until I receive my money back so I can call a different company or just buy a new dishwasher.
