Bobby was awesome! He came to our house in a timely manner on a Saturday. He was a great communicator, diagnosed the problem easily, and provided great feedback without trying to sell us anything. Thanks, Bobby and All Appliance for providing excellent service!
UPDATED to 5 stars.: it took 1 day and the part arrived, instead of the projected 7 days. The repairman was here Friday to fix my fridge. It should be up to temp by tomorrow at 10am. All Appliances was nothing but professional. My main grievance is with Whirlpool. I appreciate All Appliance coming late afternoon on a Friday to fix my fridge instead of waiting until next week. Shawn came out for a service call on our 20 yr old Whirlpool washer today. I appreciated his explanation of the issues and honest recommendations about options.
Very good service as usual. We use you for all of our appliances.
I had a Maytag Commercial washer control board fail under warranty and Whirlpool/Maytag sent my ticket to All Appliance Service for on-site warranty repair. Tech was on time and quickly swapped out the control board. Thank you!
