They are not respectful of time windows - at all. They say 8-12pm and then when you call after 12 asking when they will be here they say it won’t be for another couple hours. I had to take the morning off work- meanwhile I have a washer with a locked lid and water sitting and getting moldy. And now I have to reschedule because of no respect for scheduling. Additionally- they were just here within the last 30 days to “fix” my washer. It didn’t get fixed- clearly. Maybe a bandaid fix but not fixed.
Kind and knowledgeable. Good service.
Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed learning much about my washer from Chris . He is an asset (in my opinion) to your company.
