Called at 6 p.m., told someone would be here before 7:30. Arrived at 7, checked the freezer after I described the problem. Told me upfront what the likely problem was,(burnt out defroster coil), as well as the price to repair. From time in, to time out, about an hour 30 minutes, including defrosting the freezer coils with a hair dryer. Very personable, and professional. Was very pleased with the speed, and service, will definitely use again.
