Kevin is a Great caring man who goes out of his way to help people and help them save money
Kevin was great. Our fridge stopped working and he was the only one that called us back in a timely manner. He spent the time to ask my wife questions about what was wrong and then to educate on what he thought the problem was. The parts took a few days to get in but he communicated every step of the way. Kevin was flexible with our schedule, gave us clear options, and was super friendly and professional. All Appliance Repair and Kevin are top notch and highly recommend.
Literally the nicest and most dedicated guy I've ever met in the hvac world. Truly an excellent technician and great man.
