All Appliance Repair came to fix our refrigerator on August 5th, 2020 (we had previously used them, apparently when under different ownership). Robert diagnosed the problem as a leaking service valve on the compressor. He told us that the service valve would have to be replaced and it would cost $400 (he had to drain and replace the refrigerant). $139!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This service charge is OUTRAGEOUS! This is totally out of line with the going rates in our city. Once he got here, I got the idea he had no idea what he was doing. He ignored the service codes and started guessing what the problem might be. No recommendation from me, just a warning to run from this company.

Unfortunately, All Appliance Repair was a real disappointment... unreliable, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Ended up having to hire another company.

I called All Appliance to my clothes washer. The fix was going to be very easy, just a door lock. They didn't answer, but called back immediately and set up an appointment for early this afternoon. I was given a quote of 79 for the trip charge, but told it would be taken off the total cost of the repair. I got a call from a different number an hour or so before, and was given an approximate time. The repairman arrived within the time set. The work took fifteen minutes, they had the part on hand.
