Total Scammers. DO not use this service! We were told that a serviceman would be at our home between 2-6pm. He showed up at 6:15 but did call at 5:30 to let us know that he was on his way. After pulling the refrigerator from the wall he decided that the freon needed to be charged and that the inverter board was nonoperational. A new one would cost $489 and he wanted $250 down.
