our resturant freezer stoped working and we had thousand dollars worth of food about to spoil ! So we called this store and scheduled a service call and their techs arrived quickly , since they had to order a special part they loaned us a freezer until the next morning when they arrived part in hand and finnished repairs in hours !!! thankyou Sara you are a life saver
Buyer beware. Do not use this place. The parts are used and not guaranteed. Customer service is very rude and each person gives you a different price for the part you need. This company has no business being in business. Will be filing a complaint . I have a hand written quote that they backed out on. I give them a 0/10. Pay the extra money to get a more quality item from a name brand company. The technician is very untrustworthy, Dont think you havent been warned. This was very frustrating.
Do NOT purchase parts from here if you need them in a timely manner. Ordered parts for our dryer Wednesday morning by phone & was told it would be here Friday. Received a call later that Wednesday and the part still hadn't been ordered. So concerned, my husband drove to the business to ensure the right part was being ordered. Because of the delay in ordering when I called Wednesday morning, we were now told the part wouldn't be here until Monday.
