We had some issues with our fairly new refrigerator which took a couple of visits but they were professional and didnt nickel and dime us on each visit, just fixed the problem. Honest people with fair pricing and good communication.
On Friday at 12:55 PM, I called to confirm whether their services were available in Gilmer. I was explicitly told that they were, and an appointment was scheduled for Monday. However, on the morning of the appointment, I received a call and text stating that my area is not serviced after all. I am located in Gilmer, within Upshur County, just 10 minutes from town.
