I thought a lot about this review before posting. All Animal has a very cold main doctor who is very inexperienced and heartless. My dog went to this vet for years and received an incorrect diagnosis and got medicine that was expensive through the vet, only to find out that the diagnosis was wrong and he ended up with kidney damage. They also told me he was suffering from kidney failure, when it was just the medicine. Luckily one year out of that vet, he is happy and healthy as it was just their medicine. Thank you for your reply to my review. It was as inaccurate as your condolence email for “Bingo”. As you may recall, my dog you took care of for over 15 years was named OREO.
Would you ever expect a dog to be excited when they realize they are going to the vet? Well, mine does! Everyone is so nice and treats her as if she is special. They really care about her well-being also. I would definitely recommend them.
