Based on my experience, All American Windows and Doors, Inc. (AAW) is not a company you can trust. Based on AAW's bad installation, bad workmanship, delays and lack of integrity to complete and repair work, I would never recommend AAW to anyone. The quality is not what we expected, but that also has to do with AAW's bad installation. Due to the pending lawsuit with this customer, we have to refer any and all communication about this project to our lawyer. I'm hopeful they'll be able to work out a way for us to address any issues or concerns this customer may have. This customer has been advised that she may contact our attorney, **** ******* and they can discuss any issues her side wants to raise.
After checking quite a few companies, we had All American replace our windows and doors with impact glass. Very very happy with the product as well as the professional way they handled every aspect of the installation. We had a few minor issues that they resolved immediately. We highly recommend using All American Windows and Doors! We were actually so happy that we referred them to two other friends that used them as well. Both were extremely pleased with their service and their product.
I went with this company after reading their reviews online. They told me the windows would arrive in 4-8 weeks. 16 weeks later i had my install date. They showed up 3 hours late the first day causing me to be very late to work. Additionally they assured me it would be a 4 day job. When the crew was here they destroyed my walls. I just put new grass at the new home i purchased and the installed drove up the grass and destroyed the grass to the point my neighbor took photos and made a complaint.
