My mother is a retired senior who paid them 6,731.74 in October to purchase Milgard windows. It is now December 14th and Milgard shows an order was placed then cancelled due to nonpayment. Andrea has stated she was going to have the owner Micheal call my mother on several occasions. I called and spoke with Andrea at which she explained that she has told Michael to call but if he doesn't call there's nothing she can do. First I let a voicemail that was never returned. Later, I made contact and arranged to get a quote and the company didn’t show up or call. I called a week later to let them know that no one showed and to arrange a second appointment to attempt to get a quote. Again no one showed up or called. At that time I called and left a voicemail. No one has ever returned my call. Weeks have now passed. Just after I left a message with them I called another company. I will not work with or recommend this company to anyone.
They did an outstanding job on all of our windows..I highly recommended them!!
The crew from All American Glass was fantat in every way! I can't recommend them highly enough. The BEST!
