I'm kicking myself for not researching this company when buying my whole house filtration system. The consultation was set up through a big box store, so I trusted that it was a reliable company. Well they finally ran themselves out of business! No loss. They burned a lot of people!
My water system failed 2 times causing my well pump to burn up and second time caused my entire first floor to flood and they had zero cares please stay away from these people
I would give no star if I could. Went to rainsoft twice . now find out company closed. Out of business!! Now where do we get chemicals?
I have 6 ,200 dollar water sy. Treatmemt from rainsoft never did work. Called them. Number of times.will not come to fix it. I am sorry i got it from them. .
