I would give no star if I could. Went to rainsoft twice . now find out company closed. Out of business!! Now where do we get chemicals?
I have 6 ,200 dollar water sy. Treatmemt from rainsoft never did work. Called them. Number of times.will not come to fix it. I am sorry i got it from them. .
Bought one, big mistake, installed with white water, poor taste. installer came back one week later, fixed taste, horrible white color, always running, didnt fix. Called owner, stated taste improved but color and system running all the time needed fixed, screamed in the phone”why are you f———g with me, i could hear him throw his phone and hang up. My brother has had nothing but problems with his system. I’ve called home office twice and still nothing. He’s paid 3 times already and last time they forgot to turn water off and it flooded. It took 2 days to get carpet dry. Inspector comes tomorrow as house is being sold and system still leaks. We’re serviced from Erie. I suggest you go elsewhere if you need a softener because you’re only going to be disappointed with them. The guy is rude too!
Haven’t even been dealing with this company for a full month and I already can’t say one single positive thing about them. Had I seen their reviews before, I would have not even bothered to reach out to them about the system at our new house and I would’ve found another company all together.
