Long story short, I asked him (the owner I assume) if they would wash the bed of my truck and he said yes. Well, they didn't. I pointed it out and he didn't like it, said I was nitpicking (I'm paying 50$ so yeah).He pulled out his wallet and gave me a refund, told me to take my business elsewhere. No problem. Hell of a way to treat your customers. BTW been there twice before and it wasn't a problem. Update: Just did a walk around and now my paint has swirl marks and they didn't clean the top of the cab either.
Please be aware and get pricing before they start. Just the outside was 40.00 and the wash wasn’t good at all. I start showing the guy which is the owner spots on the car, he gave my money back and replied leave and don’t come back.
This is basically the only place I will get my car washed. The staff and the owner are all so very nice and courteous. And they do an awesome job on my vehicle. My go-to whenever I want my car to have that showroom floor look.
They did a great job. Ashley is the hardest worker I've ever seen
