Nope. Nope. Nope. Do not buy from these people. They are thieves. We ordered our Snug Top in September 2021 for a trip in November. It was not delivered until December 2021 and the back window was damaged. The window is scratched and it was installed incorrectly so it leaks. We have been told that a new window was “on order”. Here it is JULY 2022 and we still don’t have the item we paid for! All we get from Nick, Nate, Travis and whoever else answers the phone are excuses. Their excuses aren’t keeping us dry.
