I’ve bought 4 canopies and had 2 trucks Bed liners sprayed in. Always been very happy which I guess is why I keep going back. I had one issue and Nick was on it like stink on shi%! I’ve been using them for other miscellaneous accessories as well since 2004.
Nope. Nope. Nope. Do not buy from these people. They are thieves. We ordered our Snug Top in September 2021 for a trip in November. It was not delivered until December 2021 and the back window was damaged. The window is scratched and it was installed incorrectly so it leaks. We have been told that a new window was “on order”. Here it is JULY 2022 and we still don’t have the item we paid for! All we get from Nick, Nate, Travis and whoever else answers the phone are excuses. Their excuses aren’t keeping us dry. Do Not Purchase Products From This Company!!! My experience: Over the years I have purchased 3 canopies for different pickups I have owned from this company and numerous accessories. On 3-11-2021, I stopped by their outlet on Hwy 99 looking to purchase some dog screens for the canopy I had purchased from this company. I spoke with salesperson Ray Lynn regarding the screens I desired, the gentleman that was there with her took me out to show me what the screens look like in a canopy they had in stock.
