Unfortunately my negative experience happened with the Springfield location but they don't seem to have a Facebook page. Absolutely horrible service. Every time I have ordered a product through them it is taken considerably longer to get. For instance I ordered a Leer canopy and we are now working on the 10th week of waiting for it to show up. I was told a canopy usually takes 3 to 5 weeks to get. No one seems to know where it's at or anything. Best bet is to look someplace else. P.S. Leers customer service is just as bad.
