As a client, not a realtor (as most of the reviews are), we had a poor experience. Communication was often delayed or incomplete, we’re still being sent documents to sign AFTER close, we couldn’t wire funds, and after confirming a specific location, date and time to pick up a paper check, we still waited 40 minutes in an empty office. We helped ourselves to a couple sparkling waters, that was the best part of our experience. Hopefully it’s better for other clients. All that said, the title has been transferred… I hope!
We worked with Jean and Dean, they were both incredible. We had a 1 year old running around for both closing and they didn’t blink an eye. They played with him while also making sure we understood what we were signing. Both kind and professional. Thank you both.
