Recently purchased a home and used All American Title Company for our closing. The sellers were supposed to have a Time of Sell inspection completed by the city prior to close. A week and a half after closing, we find out they did not and had to have the city inspector to come out to complete this. Incredibly disappointing that this was missed since it opens me up to risk if major safety violations had been found inside the property. The city inspector explained that this was illegal and closing should have never occurred.
As a realtor, working with Selene Montoya as my client's closer, have been a joy. She is very professional and extremely kind. A great asset to All American Title. Thank you for the great work Selene.
