On September 27th, 2024, Kelly successfully closed the loan on my condo purchase. Kelly was very professional, thorough in explaining all the forms and various costs in the closing documents and answered any questions I had. Kelly and her team communicated promptly and efficiently throughout the process. This was the 3rd time she was my closer and all transactions were as seamless as stated above. I definitely would enlist her again if the need arose!
First time using Jean at AAT and I was super impressed. I love it when I can be hands off on a closing and that's what happened!!!
Most all went well, there was only one thing missing. At other closings with other Title Company's I was provided with the figures to review before going to the actual closing. This one I was not so only had a few minutes to see the figures before signing. No way to verify in a coupld minutes. Just had to trust the numbers were correct.
