We have recently installed a new bathtub and needed to redo drywall and tiles. I am very happy that we went with this company, and I will certainly recommend them to our friends. Unlike many other businesses, they value their customers' time. Matt promptly found new tiles to match our old ones, and Will kept us informed every step of the way when we can expect the crew and how long each part of the job would take. Project Manager Will was very pleasant to work with. The tilers—Jairo and Armen—were very meticulous.. They were professional, friendly and took great pride in their work. I am very happy with the results, and would definitely call All-American for future needs.
SAD TO SAY THAT I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN A WRITTEN "QUOTE" FOR A STRAIGHT FORWARD SERVICE I NEEDED. I HAVE A ROMAN TUB WHICH HAS A FACING PIECE OF MARBLE THAT MUST BE REMOVED TO ACCESS THE TUB FIXTURES WHICH I WANT TO REPLACE. 3 PLUMBING COMPANIES WILL NOT REMOVE IT AND DIRECTED ME TO ALL AMERICAN. I SENT A PHOTO OF THE 44" X14" FAUX MARBLE FRONT TO THEM FOR REVIEW ( PER THEIR REQUEST ) AND GOT BACK A QUOTE OF $ 900. I THINK I HEARD YOUR GASP, $ 900...$ 425 TO COME TO GREATWOOD TO REMOVE IT & $ 425 TO COME BACK OUT AND REPLACE ... read more
Roberto and his team were amazing. He is pleasant and communicative and no matter how many times I asked questions and had him tweak some of the items (I am a bit OCD) he was always patient and polite. And every time I spoke with him, he just said we are here to make you happy!
