Horrible team!! No response to calls and emails. Out HOA is having cameras with them and we can’t get them for Seevice calls.
Used the Hosting video service for several months. Problems started with video being unable to be accessed and connecting to camera. Was advised that there is problem with software that was being corrected. After sending numerous emails regarding correction and receiving no response, had to terminate service. Bad experience.
