Fast and friendly service
Just started going to American Subaru Service. Was very pleased with Casey. She explained everything to me in detail that needed to be done. She then put me in a loaner . I didn't have to wait at all. She sent me a video of the inspection of my car. She was very professional and respectful. Car was done same day so brought loaner back next day. Look forward to continuing my Subaru Service at American Subaru.
Totally amazing experience with this team as always. From the initial welcome to my departure, I have always felt extremely confident in their abilities and assessments. The car was serviced in a prompt and thorough manner. The service provided by Casey was and always is excellent and thorough. She was instrumental in helping me with the repair with the parts department and truly coordinating a process by which my car mirror was replaced in a timely manner.
