Everyone is super helpful, patient, and easy to work with. I had a great experience with both staff members over the phone, although I didn't end up renting a unit. Nothing wrong on their end--I miscalculated how much space I needed and simply didn't need the storage.
All American is great. We use them primarily for their mailboxes and receiving deliveries, and they are WONDERFUL. Even when we move our business location to somewhere we can more easily receive mail, we're going to keep using All Am.
I have used the services of All American Storage South (S Henderson) on and off for the past 14 years. The onsite staff is always a pleasure to work with and the facilities are well kept. Definitely recommend if you need storage!
All American provides a personal service touch with your storage unit. I once accidentally locked my storage in the open positiion and they called me to let me know so i could fix the problem ASAP. Plus , they are just nice folks!
