Updated 6/13: I added the newsfeed picture to show how they evict people even though they have proof I have paid, make me pay before the deadline then still charge a late fee. Never use this place. It was once really great and helpful. See my previous review if you need more specific details into my life, but the fact that I have proof that I’ve paid and three different people have seen it and they are still threatening me is absolutely garbage business practices. I miss the old management. Make sure to check dates on the reviews as all the good reviews are long in the past. I have been using this place for many, many years. I got it right after my mother died because I was forced to move out of my residence. It was supposed to be temporary. Of course life happens and I still have a unit to this day. I’ve always loved the management and the help. I remember our lock froze and he had to come help us unlock it. Back before paying online, it was sometimes difficult to make payments. They have definitely made their money off me! The sweet guy said we could avoid the late fees with a credit card.
