Friendly staff and I trust them; however, I agreed to starting Invisalign with them, but they had not made me aware that the only Dr who can do it comes on Wednesdays and only Wednesdays. If I would have known this, I would not have done it with them. Because of this (I travel, she travels) the process has taken longer than it should. What should have been 6 months will probably take 8-9 months. Not to mention, I'm spending more than competitors (cost over $5k)! I have been going to All American Smile for years and only have great things to say! Dr. Benjamin, the hygienists, and office staff are friendly, professional, and attentive. They listen intently and address any questions or concerns with ease. Plus, I am always seen on time (which is a rarity and much appreciated)!
I have been going there for years because the dental hygienist Tamara is great, but I have not had great luck with the dentist, but the last two years have been the worst. I went in for a crown, and the doctor said I didn't need a root canal. Boy, was he wrong. I was in a lot of pain for a while. I ended up getting a root canal after all. Unfortunately, Dr. Black, the dentist that did the root canal, went right thru into the bone, but he didn't tell me. Excellent Dentist and other professional staff who provided me with an emergency appointment quickly and fixed my dental problem. Also an associate gave me the best cleaning I have ever had leaving me with healthier gums and cleaned whitened teeth.
