Good luck trying to get a simple answer from this team. I have called for over an hour and a half asking for a simple ETA and I was told a supervisor would call me …. Called back 1:30 hour later asking what happened and the response I got “obviously he’s still in the middle of something” - if this is how they treat customers makes me wonder how cheap they must provide service to builders to still be in business. I would hire a different company if I were you.

Can’t get anyone to come and adjust the Kevlar screens. Haven’t been right since installation. Wish I had called another company! Sarasota, Fl
