Thank you for shorting me on the proper hardware to install my shutters. Went to numerous stores to get the missing pieces and they are all gone because apparently I'm not the only one who was shorted. Hurricane Irma is due to hit me any day now. Hopefully everyone is safe dealing with such an unimaginable "accident". I'd say your company is epically failing at its primary purpose; providing shutters to family's who are being impacted by hurricanes .
Beyond disappointed to find out that my hardware kit was shorted essential parts needed to install shutters. Not just one or two, but 32 wing nuts to secure shutters.
They are the best!
