They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They took time to explain everything thing to us and their prices are reasonable.
When I called for a quote/appointment, they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day and the price was very reasonable. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to clean my septic tank by using my alley access to reach my septic tank and Jim even used bolt cutters to remove an old padlock from my gate to gain access. He also explained how to make a bigger dry well in our yard to help keep the laundry water from pooling in our yard. Would definitely recommend Jim and his crew.
Jim and his crew are fantastic to work with. Please don't hesitate to call Jim with any of your septic needs! He's the best in the business!

I need the septic system tended to on my property. After checking the BBB for companies in the Germantown Area, I contacted All American Septic, LLC. The gentlemen were very polite, quick to explain everything as well as showing me what was happening to my system as they worked. I found All American Septic listed on the BBB. He was able to come out to pump my septic tank right away and advised me on how to take better care of my tank to lessen the chances of having a back up and extend the life of my septic system. They worked efficiently, were polite, and very informative.
