Jeff at All American Septic is a great technician and replaced our pump and diagnosed the issue quickly. Taught me some self maintenance as well and just overall friendly to work with. I’ve used them to pump our solids tank, jet our lines and other septic related issues. Handled all wiring needed and gave me valuable information for care. Warranty on the pump and service and happy to work with the rm in the future.

I had a very good experience with All American Septic. I called for routine pump service late on Thursday, and was scheduled for service on Monday between 9-11AM. On Monday, the technician, Jeff, called at 9:30 AM to confirm his 10 AM arrival. Jeff arrived on time in a very modern and clean pump truck. Smaller residential vehicle with a 1600 gallon capacity plus 100 gallons of on board fresh water (+/-). Very very low diesel fumes, and much quieter than other tank trucks. So I have nothing but great things to say about this company. First of all, I had a septic issue arise on a Sunday morning. I called and the dispatcher that answered was very professional and helpful. They sent a technician out way faster than I expected. Michael was amazing from start to finish. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and gave us the suggestions to fix it. His initial quote to us was spot on.
