We needed storage for a move and were very happy with the price and service (thank you Sharon!) at PS Chelmsford. Highly recommend.
AJ, the professional, courteous and very efficient representative who greeted and assisted with my move in date set the tone for this location. He absolutely blew away my expectations and set the tone for not only this location, but for the company overall. I shared that I may need additional storage for more of my properties, and I don’t even plan too shop around. I’m going to reach out to AJ.

Avoid this place before they steal your money! This Public Storage location might seem like a good one - not too sketchy of a location, gate code-accessed, "drive up" units available - but the reality is that this place absolutely sucks. Management is garbage - they have no concept of customer service and then don't actually honor the promises they make when they supposedly make amends for having screwed you in the first place. The costs for units w/in this facility are also obnoxiously high, and they will raise rates on you... read more
Never have issues here. Staff is great and easy to work with. Best storage unit I’ve had in years.
