I can there to empty a unit but was a problem to get in, I call the number nobody answer, how run a business if have scheduled to be open till 9pm and nobody is there? The most funny thing is the owner only reply 5 or 4 star reviews...
Been trying to get in touch for well over a week. No one answers the phone. We are trying to get the combination to get into our unit but no one will pick up the phones or return our messages. Should not take over a week and a half to get in touch and still nothing. But yet they still want payment for the entire month even though we can’t get in. Nice place and all but we've had a unit there for almost 2 years and every time we go there's in issue with getting in and out of the building. We're leaving for Virginia and needed to access out unit but couldn't. And the worker there not only was useless but decided to be a jerk about the whole thing. So how do we get our stuff?
