Sharon, you're a Gem! The acquisition process online was SEAMLESS. It only took me about 8 minutes to get through the steps so I can say the website is very user friendly. When I got to the facility, it was immaculate, despite cars driving and parking inside. I mean the floor was swept, the concrete appeared clean as if the building was brand new. The storage unit size was not accurate—it was three feet smaller than advertised. Additionally, the service representative attempted to charge $20 more than the online price. That said, the overall pricing and location are reasonable.
