I came here a few years ago and it wasn’t too bad but this time I called to check if I needed an appointment and the lady said no. I came in and asked if I needed to sign in and I was told yes. No other instructions were given, so as I waited patiently another group of people came in and I guess they just forgot all about me and they started helping them. After I said something the girl did apologize and the other two ladies that were there as well finally came out of their office to help out. This place needs a little more ... read more
