Awakened in our RV at 5:00 am by a loud noise -- we discovered our RV awning had crashed to the ground. The awning motor shaft had snapped causing the awning to fall. Within 2 hours -- All American RV came out and helped diagnose the problem. They saved us over $200 for a part which we were ready to buy from an RV dealer, and they pointed out that the part should be the new METAL part -- or it would have broken again in the future. My 43’ RV had a slideout that would not move. It was open 10” and we couldnt drive that way. We were leaving for Florida the next day. They came to my house on Labor Day. He quickly evaluated the situation and made recommendations. With my approval he removed the object that was blocking the slideout and patched the damage to make it waterproof. I waited overnight and closed the slide the next day. I felt very secure with his work. I would readily call this business again.
Excellent customer service and workmanship. Had an issue that needed prompt attention and their response and repairs were second to none. Highly recommend this company.
