Had an elusive propane leak on one side, and a furnace that stopped heating the night before. Saw Rich's truck by another RV when we pulled into the campground late Friday. I walked over and explained my problems to him. After finishing his work, he came over, analyzed the problems, and pulled the furnace to take to his shop. Next morning (Saturday) he was back with the repaired heater. He did all this to keep us on the road even though he was already backed up with work. His work is neat and thorough
Excellent Service. Our RV fridge stopped working and Rich and his son were able to schedule a time convenient for us, drove through slow traffic from Santa Rosa CA to our site at Bodega Bay CA (for an $80 service charge), and had the fridge working in 20 minutes. Cordial and experienced, Rich offered suggestions for dealing with other problems. Highly recommended.
I had several issues that needed attention, including fixing a screen door, a closet sliding door, several basement doors on my 2006 45DL14 Travel Supreme. He came at the appointed time, diagnosed my issues in a timely fashion & charged a very reasonable fee - and he let me watch for no extra charge! Very pleasant man & I highly recommend him.
