We were able to work with All American Roofing while out of town. Very pleased with their customer service and work completed
Tried to set up an estimate. They called back a week later after another company had already given me a thorough inspection and estimate. Here's where the fun begins. 3 separate people called me back in the following week, all 3 of which I explained to that they missed the opportunity to give me an estimate. Extremely dissatisfied with my treatment and how this experience unfolded. Let me explain. I called over a month ago and spoke to Candace, who was more than pleasant. We were purchasing a house in Hellertown PA and knew the roof was nearing end of its’ life, plus had some flashers and some shingles to repair, so we wanted a full roof replacement estimate since it’s going to be needed soon & would happily pay for the other work to make it not just a exploratory visit. The work that was done was good. The communication was a 0 out of ten. The Salesman had my husband sign the walk around (that was supposed to be done after with the project manager) the day we agreed to go with the estimate (2-3 weeks before work was done). Crew was okay at picking up minus a plastic cigar piece thrown on the ground 5 feet from dumpster. And a palette was taken from the dumpster and thrown in our yard.
