As a former employee of the Charlotte, North Carolina location, if I could give a negative amount of starts, I definitely would. I've witnessed things such as the overcharging of clients along with being asked to "fix the problem" when dealing with issues that have TOTALLY been the company's fault. The lack of integrity and business acumen is not worth patronizing nor working for this company.

I have used this company for two major moves. One for myself and one for my elderly mother. Both moves went smoothly and each step was executed on time and carefully. I was especially impressed with Kendall and his crew.

I had a wonderful relationship with All American Relocations. They were very forth coming with me and walked me through the process from the initial estimate through unloading. The crew they supplied were professional and efficient with great personalities always a smile. I was completely satisfied a grateful for this company from Charlotte, N C .

All American - We DON'T Deliver! That should be their motto. OR – ALL AMERICAN – WE’RE NOT HAPPY UNTIL YOU’RE NOT HAPPY! This company is very slick on the upfront sales part of the equation. And then they are very slippery on the actual delivery end. They say they need 5 days notice to organize delivery (then, of course, time to deliver). We gave them more than two weeks notice. And still they haven't even loaded our contents to ship. Consequently, we are out of our temporary housing and moving into a new house with no furni... read more
