RecommendedWhat an awesome place! I could spend hours looking through everything. Even my three young kids were amazed... “I wonder where this wood came from?!” We got what we came for... 3 thick pieces of wood for bookshelves, but we will definitely be back again! The staff gave us space to explore, but they were always available to answer questions and help as well! Thank you!

Quotes my wife one thing for custom work changes the prices to almost double (1400 difference) based on a whim it seems after the wood is purchased. Told 500 extra to ensure resin doesn’t have bubbles (should be part of a professional job) among other things...Can’t provide a breakdown of cost and labor. Probably lost a sale.

I love this place and it’s people. They love wood and can tell a story about almost every piece they have in stock. Great customer service and a passion for what they do; an All American Dream!
Spent about 20 minutes in the store. Out of 3-4 staff members I spotted not a single person said HELLO, quite frankly I was looked at as I was a plague. I’m not bad to look at, really. Although all items are way, way overpriced, I was hoping to pick something up. I think I’m better off to drive to the City or to Milwaukee or to Habitat for Humanity Restore shop. Good luck none the less, but I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I was just in for the first time and Mark was so helpful. He was able to point me in the right direction and was also able to collaborate with me. I am now inspired and can't wait to start my many projects! I hope to share soon.
