I’ve used their service for years and had always been satisfied. However, this year they’ve been terrible. They want a firm fixed price contract upfront to clean your driveway for the entire winter ($750), but will not show up when it snows. When they did finally show up, they scored my ground bitumen/asphalt drive, leaving mounds of asphalt at the ends and sides of my driveway. They only cleared my driveway once all winter for $750 and property damage.
