I’ve used this company for the betterment of a decade. The quality of service has drastically decreased. I’m in the process of ordering my 3rd set of equipment and it’s been nothing shy of a nightmare. Don’t even get me started on the tech that completely had me fry my Mister T2 with his “advice” while we were on FaceTime/whatever their tech app is…$5000 wasted. I’m a moron for ordering the new Epson G6070 8 weeks ago from them, which is finally in transit. Get this though, I ordered the combo pack. The printer will be here ... read more

I attended a virtual session with Estevan to learn more about DTG on new EPSON F1070. I left that class feeling more than ready to print DTG. He was more than happy to explain things further into detail with the particular issues I had experienced. Definitely recommend!
