If you're considering purchasing the Prestige A4 printer, I strongly advise you to reconsider! We bought this printer, and it worked for only 3 months before breaking down. When we reached out to the tech support team, we were told we needed a new print head. After replacing it, the printer still didn't work, and we were then informed that the motherboard also needed to be replaced. We did that, but it still didn't resolve the issue.
