An update to my original review dated 03/16/2021. The water heater purchased less then 1 year ago stopped working in December 2021. When I called all American plumbing, as the water was still under warranty. I left 3 messages with the answering service. I never so much as received a call back. I find it very disappointing that a company I paid $1800 to for a water heater, could not have the decency to stand by their work and the product they installed. It was Father’s Day and my drain became plugged. I called the answering service and asked if Brian would call me the next day as we couldn’t flush the toilets. I didn’t expect him to come out on Fathers Day but did expect a call from him that he would call me the day or show up. I had done several jobs with him. I never received a call. I called again four hours later and again never received a return call. I called again the next day in the am and never received a call. This is no way to deal with a customer!
