I did tried calling but no one answered phone call last three days. Not happy. Never calling back

They're either always too busy or do not answer their phone. If business is so great hire more people.

I first contacted them on July 26th to replace the knobs in my shower. I was told it may be 2 weeks before they could come out because they were "finishing a couple big jobs". No problem I understand being busy. At 4 weeks when I had not received a call, I was told they were still working on "big jobs" and now she couldn't even give me an estimated time. It is now 2 months since I first contacted them and have since gotten someone else to replace the knobs (took an hour). Honestly just unacceptable to take 4 times longer tha... read more
