I can’t believe how this company treats their customers! The owner, a lady told me someone would show up to my house at a certain time. No one ever showed and her excuse is they needed to find a part to fix my water heater. I kept texting and calling because no one was getting back to me and she was absolutely rude and lied to me about ghosting my text messages.
