We called to have a leaky bathtub spout fixed. We were told it would be $175 service fee plus the cost of parts, etc. That came to $262. Then the plumber asked my husband if there was anything else we needed since we paid for the hour. So, my husband had him take a hose off a outdoor spigot that had been stuck. Imagine our surprise when we get an invoice for $493! They charged $231 for a service we never would have gotten done if he had communicated that there would be an additional. These guys are great! We originally had them replace our water heater. Since they did such a great job, we called them back to install new toilets and look at a few other issues we were having. They are a friendly knowledgeable team.
